VPN Signal provides an API service for detecting VPN, proxy, and Tor usage. Our service includes IP intelligence, risk scoring, and fraud prevention tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Use our services to discriminate against individuals
  • Exceed your plan's rate limits without upgrading

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our API services. Specific SLA terms vary by plan. Please refer to your plan details for specific guarantees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by VPN Signal and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

VPN Signal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
